We're looking for a Finance Systems & Technology Analyst who enjoys solving problems, analyzing information, improving systems, and helping people work more effectively.
This isn't a traditional accounting role.
This role combines finance, ERP systems, reporting, business intelligence, technology, and process improvement into one career path.
You'll work closely with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to improve how information flows through the business and help drive better decisions.

You'll work closely with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to improve how information flows through the business and help drive better decisions.
- Up to $80k, based on experience
- Onsite

- Support and troubleshoot ERP system issues
- Analyze financial and operational data
- Create reports, dashboards, and business insights
- Assist with AP and AR process improvement
- Support digital payments and financial operations
- Write SQL queries and research system issues
- Help automate manual processes
- Support Power BI, Power Automate, and reporting initiatives
- Participate in AI and business technology projects
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, FinTech, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- Approximately 4+ years of professional experience
- Understanding of AP and AR processes
- Exposure to ERP systems (Syteline experience is a plus)
- Experience with Excel and reporting tools
- SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or analytics exposure preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Curious and eager to learn
- Comfortable working with data and technology
- Adaptable to different personalities and leadership styles
- Confident enough to ask questions
