Tucker Door & Trim is a respected distributor and manufacturer of doors, windows, and specialty millwork serving the construction industry. As we expand, we’re seeking a reliable, hands-on leader to join our Richmond Team. This role connects Sales, Production, Inventory, and Shipping to ensure orders are accurate, on schedule, and delivered successfully.

This role connects Sales, Production, Inventory, and Shipping to ensure orders are accurate, on schedule, and delivered successfully.
- $25/hr to $30/hr (depending on experience)

What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2+ years experience in production coordination, logistics, shipping, or manufacturing support
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do
- Manage and track production jobs in the ERP system
- Ensure orders are released, scheduled, and moving smoothly through production
- Coordinate materials, job flow, and priorities to meet deadlines
- Create and manage production and shipping documentation
- Schedule shipments, process manifests, and track deliveries
- Resolve shipping issues (delays, damages, shortages)
- Communicate order and delivery status to customers and internal teams
