We’re growing—and looking for a strong Warehouse Supervisor to lead the way!

Tucker Door & Trim is a respected distributor and manufacturer of doors, windows, and specialty millwork serving the construction industry. As we expand, we’re seeking a reliable, hands-on leader to join our Albany team.

This role is critical to keeping our operation running efficiently and on track. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse and delivery functions, including inventory control, dispatching, loading, and routing, while developing and supporting a high-performing team.
Success in this role means driving consistency, ensuring operational readiness, and delivering dependable service that supports our customers and company goals.

  • $75k to $85k (based on experience)
  • Full Time, Salaried Position
  • Monday to Friday
  • 6:45am starts

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Experience in Relevant Field
  • 2+ years Warehouse and/or Logistics Leadership Experience
  • DOT Experience
  • Thorough OSHA Knowledge and Management
  • Route Supervisor/ Dispatch Management
Assets
  • Production or Distribution Experience with Doors, Windows, Cabinetry, Furniture, etc.
  • Previous EHS, HSE, OHS Manager
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations to ensure consistent, accurate, and on-time execution
  • Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance, safety, and quality standards
  • Ensure reliable inventory management, including accurate tracking, reconciliation, and system updates
  • Enforce strict adherence to OSHA and DOT regulations, promoting a culture of safety and compliance
  • Monitor driver performance and route efficiency using tracking systems (e.g., Geotab, Lytx)
  • Plan and coordinate transportation, staffing, and routing to ensure dependable service delivery
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support workflow continuity and meet customer and business needs
  • Ensure proper maintenance and readiness of warehouse and delivery equipment
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with team members and leadership regarding performance, issues, and priorities
  • Track, analyze, and report on key operational metrics to support informed decision-making
