- Day Shift

- Stand for extended periods throughout the work shift while monitoring glass as it moves through the heat press process.
- Frequently lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Read, understand, and accurately follow work orders, specifications, and production instructions.
- Correctly apply thermal gas and other processing requirements according to customer and production specifications.
- Safely handle glass sheets while maintaining quality standards and minimizing breakage.
- Maintain concentration and attention to detail during repetitive production tasks.
- Ability to cross-train and perform duties in other production areas, including glass washing, glass cutting, and related operations as needed.
